Fees such as taxes or transaction charges associated with the use of our services will be billed to you on a monthly basis.

We take great care to ensure that all services, CDs, and DVDs we sell are in good condition.

All items we sell come with a full guarantee.
Returns are accepted only for defective products.

Defective products will be replaced with an exact copy if available.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.

To initiate an exchange or refund, the purchaser must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.

To initiate a return, please first send an email requesting an exchange or refund to the address below, using the email address you used for the purchase.

Please be sure to include the reason for the exchange or refund.

Then, place the product in a padded envelope
and send it to the address below.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
In the case of an exchange due to a defective product, the shipping costs incurred by the customer
will be reimbursed when we ship the replacement product.
Exchanges are limited to the same item.

All items remain the customer's responsibility until they are returned to us. To ensure safe delivery, please send all returns via a tracked shipping method.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product appears to have been used or is soiled after purchase.

We may modify the service, discontinue the service or any features thereof, or impose limits on the service without prior notice.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the service.

If we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us,
we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time,
you are entitled to a full refund upon promptly returning the product to us.
We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to you, while you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.

This service and all materials contained therein or transferred thereby—including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all related intellectual property rights—are the exclusive property of Norihiko Yamanuki. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting a license to such intellectual property rights,
and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.

If you wish to provide users with the ability to upload content (images, audio, text, etc.) for display on your site,
it is important to verify that the content publisher holds all legal rights and/or necessary licenses for the content, and that such content is authorized for public display.
